Warmed Marcona Almonds make me feel warm, sunny and vibrantly happy.  Well, no wonder – this naturally gluten and dairy free treat is full of protein, fiber and tastes fabulous.  Plus, Warmed Marcona Almonds perfect with so many things – fresh fruit, dried fruit, cheese, veggies, Warmed Marinated Olives and just plain snacking.

When Marcona Almonds are warmed, it brings out their flavor even more, so I feel I must warn you: 


Okay, I warned you.  You’re on your own now.

Warmed Marcona Almonds 

  1. Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees.  
  2. Put as many almonds as you want, in a single layer, into a baking dish.  Sprinkle with a few drops of a light oil – such as Grapeseed Oil.  Note:  If you want you can add a pinch of crushed, dried rosemary – oh my goodness!  This is so yummy!  And it gives the olives that “gourmet”  restaurant flavor. Stir.  Add more oil if you need; you just want the almonds to glisten. 
  3. Heat in a the preheated oven for about 10 minutes; just until warm.  Put in a serving dish and enjoy! 

 I especially love these when served with Warmed Marinated Olives and a wonderful glass of wine.  These almonds go equally well with Red or White Wine.
