But why wait until you travel to experience such luxury? Especially when it is so amazingly EASY to prepare yourself!

And did you know that even if you are Dairy Intolerant you can still enjoy a bowl of smooth, yummy yogurt with your fruit! Yes, you can! At most Natural Food Stores you get get COCONUT YOGURT in the dairy section! WAHOO! And it’s really good; especially when it’s made this “Spa/Resort Way.” Ahhhh…simple things are the BEST!

Choose your Fresh Fruit:
Berries: Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries & Strawberries, etc.
Melons: Cantaloupe, Watermelon, Honeydew, etc.
Other: Cherries, Grapes, etc.

Scoops of: Plain Greek Yogurt or Coconut Yogurt

Top with: Brown Sugar

Bonus toppings: Toasted Walnuts or Pecans, Fresh Mint Leaves

Method:
Put your favorite fresh berries and other fruit in a bowl. Top with a scoop of whole milk plain Greek Yogurt or Coconut Yogurt. (See note below) Sprinkle with brown sugar. You can add some toasted pecans or walnuts if you want and fresh mint leaves. Close your eyes as you eat this…Ahhhh…so delicious…you’re on vacation!

What is Greek Yogurt?? GREEK YOGURT is AMAZING!! Normally, I am not a fan of yogurt because it’s so…yogurt-y!!!! But, Greek Yogurt is different! It’s THICK, rich, creamy and delicious!!

The VERY BEST Greek Yogurt that I have found is “Greek God’s Whole Milk Yogurt.” The Honey Version is fabulous also! Be adventurous and try it! Get the whole milk version; it’s the best and the most “Vacation/Resort-like!”
